Bucket List Bingo 2015 & Lifestyle Changes

02 January 2015
At some point towards the end of the year, I made a bucket list of 24 things I wanted to achieve by the end of 2014, popped them onto a Bingo card style graphic in the hopes it would inspire me to do them, and went from there. Unfortunately, due to life obstacles, a 2 week long room redecoration and many other factors, I only did 6. Here they are:

Wasn't that a nice little update? I still love the idea of this, and how if I complete a line, I'll treat myself to something little, and have decided to try it again; using some of the things from last year that I still want to do (plus a few cheeky new ones) and really push myself to dab them all off so I can shout 'house!' as loud as possible and flail. Goals.

Here's my 2015 Bucket List Bingo Card:

I'll be keeping a record of this and update you every time I cross off a couple of things. Some of them seem quite small and insignificant, but to me are quite the challenge, so I'm excited to see how I've done come this time next year.

In addition there are a few long-term lifestyle changes I'll be making to ensure my 2015 is an all-round better year:

Exercise and Walking

Put simply, I'm just going to move about more. I've got long fast-paced walks planned, home workout videos on YouTube prepared, and 5-10 minute bursts planned, and I'm feeling genuinely quite positive about it. Fingers crossed and all that.

Eating Healthier

There's usually a lot of 'diet' talk during the first... 4 or so days of a new year, but over the past year I'd been slowly substituting bad stuff for good stuff (but relapsed towards the end of the year and jumped straight into the arms of comfort food, oops) and now I'm back to making sure I get my 5 fruit-and-veg, and skip the 5 biscuits before bed, with a whole lot of better eating in the middle.

Blogging Consistently

Last year was a bit of a mess blog-wise, and I want to find a way to be consistent in both posting and the actual content, so in January I'll be experimenting a little with different kinds of posts, catching up on a few things that happened during my little blog hiatus, and getting back involved with blogging chats.

More Friends and Family Time

I want to see my friends and family more in 2015. That's it really.

Save Money

I have plans to create 2 or 3 different funds to save up for this year. The first being Christmas/back-up fund, which is pretty self-explanatory, and the other being a Treat Yourself fund, where I'll save up to buy a good camera, a day trip, a new laptop, or just something substantial I really want. Finally, the future fund, which is what every adult does, right?

That's all of the changes and things I want to do in 2015. I'm placing my bets on me achieving about 70% of this, which will still be pretty good. Wish me luck!
