London trio Years and Years have got a hefty amount of buzz around them at the moment; being shortlisted for the Critics Choice Award at the BRITs, BBC Sound of 2015 and MTV Brand New, and earning themselves a cheeky Top 40 hit late last year with the incredible 'Desire.'
Olly, Mikey and Emre have followed this up with the electro masterpiece 'King,' which seems to take all the best parts of the current dance trend and blend them into a track which screams 'hit' but still manages to remain unique - a very tough job nowadays. The soulful tones of Olly's voice go well with the banger-esque production, and throws something a little bit different into the mix. 8 days into 2015, and already the quality of new music has hit a solid 10/10. Happy days.
I think it's safe to say these boys are going to have a great year, and I can't wait to hear even more new material.
